Account Information: When you register for Voibe, we collect your email address. This is used to manage your account, communicate with you, and provide support.

Optional Data for Service Improvement (Opt-in): By default, your voice audio and transcriptions are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to us. You have the option to share this data with us to help improve the accuracy and performance of Voibe. This feature is off by default and must be explicitly enabled by you in the app's settings. If you choose to opt in, we will collect audio snippets and the corresponding text transcriptions. This data is used solely for training and improving our transcription models.
Use of Information: Your information is used to manage your account, produce anonymized analytics, and ensure the functionality of our services. If you opt-in to data sharing, that data is used to improve our core transcription technology.
Our website may use cookies to enhance your experience, but our macOS app does not use cookies. For our website, we use essential cookies for site functionality. We use local storage in the app to store your preferences and settings on your device.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Anonymized usage data may be shared with third-party analytics services to help us understand and improve the app. If you opt-in to share your audio and transcription data, it is used exclusively by us for internal model training and is not shared with third parties.
