Voibe has a free plan and two paid plans. Voibe Free lets you dictate in any app with limited words, on one device. Voibe Dictation gives you unlimited dictation everywhere, on device or in the cloud. Voibe Work adds meeting notes, transcripts and chat with your notes. Each paid plan can be paid monthly, annually, or once for life, and is priced per seat, one seat per person.

How billing works

LemonSqueezy is the merchant of record

Voibe doesn't process card payments directly. LemonSqueezy handles checkout, taxes, and invoicing globally. The charge appears on your statement as LEMSQZY* VOIBE.

Your subscription is linked by email

Use the same email at LemonSqueezy checkout that you use to sign in to the Voibe app. Your plan activates automatically the next time you sign in. There are no codes or manual license keys.

Renewal cycle

Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day of each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the same date each year. LemonSqueezy emails you a receipt every renewal — that email contains the link to update payment, switch plan, or cancel.

Switching plans

To change cadence (Monthly ↔ Annual), use the Manage subscription link in any LemonSqueezy receipt email. To move from Voibe Dictation to Voibe Work, or from a paid subscription to Lifetime, email hi@getvoibe.com — we'll prorate or refund the difference.

Taxes and invoices

VAT, GST, and sales tax are calculated and remitted by LemonSqueezy based on your billing address. A proper tax invoice is emailed to you immediately after every charge.

Trial and license questions

Can I try Voibe without a credit card?

Yes. Start the 7-day trial in the app without entering a card. It does not automatically charge you. After the trial you move to Voibe Free, or choose a paid plan for unlimited dictation.

How the trial works

Does Lifetime include Cloud Mode and updates?

Yes. A lifetime seat includes everything in its plan, including Cloud Mode and future app updates. No separate speech-provider subscription or API key is needed.

Compare plans

How many devices can I use with one license?

One license covers one person, with one active Mac and a Windows PC alongside it. Signing in on a second Mac signs you out of the first.

Using multiple devices

Do you offer BAAs?

Yes. BAAs are available on demand. Email hi@getvoibe.com with your requirements so we can discuss the agreement for your workflow.
