Refund policy

We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day refund on every paid Voibe plan β€” Monthly, Annual, Lifetime, and Team. If you're not happy, we'll refund you. No support call, no exit form, no hoops.

The promise

  • 30 days from your purchase or renewal date.
  • No questions asked. No reason required.
  • Full refund of the amount charged, including taxes.
  • Applies to every paid plan: Monthly, Annual, Lifetime, Team.

How to request a refund

    Email hi@getvoibe.com from the address you used at checkout.

  2. 2

    Subject line: "Refund request". That's enough β€” no reason needed. If you'd like to share why, we read every reply and use it to improve Voibe.

    We process the refund through LemonSqueezy. You'll receive a confirmation email when it goes out.

Use the same email you used to buy. We match by email β€” using a different one slows things down.


How long it takes

  • Same business day from us β€” we issue the refund through LemonSqueezy as soon as we see your email, usually within hours.
  • 3–10 business days for the funds β€” your bank or card issuer decides exactly how fast they post the credit. Most cards see it within a week.
  • PayPal and other methods β€” usually faster than cards, often same-day.

If you have a minute

We don't gate the refund on it, but if you can spare a sentence or two on what didn't work, it helps us a lot. Common reasons we hear:

  • "Accuracy was lower than I expected" β€” we'll suggest fixes from Fixing Poor Accuracy in case it's worth a second try.
  • "Bought the wrong plan" β€” we'll switch you instead of refunding, if you want.
  • "Doesn't fit my workflow" β€” feedback we genuinely act on.

Common refund questions

Is the refund for renewals too, or only first purchases?

Both. The 30-day window restarts on every renewal. If your annual subscription auto-renewed and you noticed within 30 days, email us β€” we refund.

Does the Lifetime plan have a refund window?

Yes β€” same 30 days from purchase. Lifetime is a one-time charge, so the window starts on the date you bought.

What about Team plans?

Team purchases are covered by the same 30-day refund. Email hi@getvoibe.com from the admin email.

I'm past 30 days. Any options?

Email us. We're not obligated past 30 days, but we look at every case β€” special circumstances, accidental renewals, billing problems, accessibility needs. We're reasonable.

Can I keep using Voibe after a refund?

Your Pro license is removed when the refund is processed. The free version of Voibe (300 words/day, every Pro feature except the cap) keeps working.
