Does Willow Voice work offline?
Mostly no, with one exception. Willow is cloud-based by default. An optional Offline Mode runs a local model on Mac and iOS when activated — positioned as a fallback for moments when wifi drops, not as the primary mode. The offline capability is not addressed in the privacy policy effective April 30, 2025.

Does Wispr Flow work offline?
No. Wispr Flow is cloud-only with no offline mode at all. Every dictation transmits audio to Wispr's servers and the upstream subprocessor stack.
