What's in Voibe Work
Voibe Work is the Voibe plan for people who spend their day in meetings. It includes everything in Voibe Dictation, plus meeting notes: a transcript and summary of every meeting, and a chat to ask your meetings what was agreed. Nothing joins the call but you.
What's included
Voibe has two plans, both priced per seat. Voibe Dictation turns your voice into text in any app. Voibe Work includes all of that and adds meeting notes.
- Unlimited dictation in any app, exactly as in Voibe Dictation.
- Unlimited meeting notes in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and any other meeting app. No bot joins the call.
- A summary of every meeting, in a summary style that fits the meeting, plus styles you write yourself.
- A full transcript of every meeting, with each speaker labelled and a time next to every line.
- Chat with your meetings: ask what was decided, who owns what, or for a follow-up email.
- One-click copy of summaries and transcripts, and PDF export of summaries.
Mac and Windows
Meeting notes are available on Mac, on macOS 14.4 or later, and on Windows.
Dictation works on both too, so you can dictate in every app and take notes in your meetings on whichever computer you use.
What happens to your meetings
Meeting audio is processed by open-source models on zero-retention cloud providers. The audio is deleted as soon as processing completes, and nothing from your meetings is ever used to train AI.
The finished transcript and summary are saved on your Mac, not on our servers. Chat with your meetings runs on the same zero-retention cloud, and nothing you ask is stored.
Meeting notes always use zero-retention cloud mode, whichever mode you choose for dictation. On-Device Mode applies to dictation only.

Telling people you're taking notes
Because no bot joins the call, the other people in the meeting won't see Voibe. When recording starts, Voibe reminds you to let everyone know you're taking notes.
You're responsible for following the recording consent rules that apply to your meetings and your location.

Common questions
Do I need Voibe Work just to dictate?
No. Voibe Dictation covers dictation in every app on Mac and Windows. Choose Voibe Work if you also want meeting notes.
Does a bot join my meetings?
No. Voibe Work records the meeting from your Mac, so nobody has to admit a notetaker and the other people on the call see only you.
Is there a limit on how many meetings I can record?
No. Voibe Work includes unlimited dictation and unlimited meetings.
Is Voibe Work priced per person?
Yes. Every Voibe plan is priced per seat, and one seat is one person. Buy one seat for yourself, or add seats as colleagues join.
Can I use Voibe Work on Windows?
Yes. Dictation and meeting notes both work on Windows, just as they do on Mac.
