Voibe Partner Giveaway — Official Rules
Eligibility, qualifying criteria, prize fulfillment, and the FAQs we get most often. Skim section 4 if you only have a minute.

1. Eligibility
- Open globally — partners from any country or region are eligible to enter and win, except where prohibited by local law.
- Open to anyone aged 18 or older with a valid Lemon Squeezy affiliate account for Voibe.
- Voibe team members, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- One partner account per person. Multiple accounts will be disqualified.
- Winners must provide a verifiable shipping address (for physical prizes) or a PayPal/Wise account (for the cash option).
2. Qualifying Period
- The campaign runs from May 1, 2026, 9:00 AM PT to May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM PT.
- Only completed paid orders placed during this window count.
- Free plan signups do not count.
3. Qualifying Criteria
- Each partner must refer at least 3 paying customers during the qualifying period to be eligible for any prize.
- A "paying customer" is a customer whose order is completed, paid in full, and not refunded.
- Orders refunded within the 30-day money-back window will be deducted from the partner's total.
4. How Winners Are Determined
- Partners are ranked by net paying referrals during the qualifying period.
- 1st place = highest count. 2nd place = second-highest. 3rd place = third-highest.
- First tie-breaker: total referred revenue (USD).
- Second tie-breaker: timestamp of the partner's first qualifying referral (earliest wins).
5. Fraud and Disqualification
- Self-referrals, fake orders, coordinated multi-account schemes, chargebacks, and incentivized signups (e.g., paying customers to buy through your link) will result in disqualification.
- Voibe reserves the right to verify each referral and disqualify any partner whose activity appears inauthentic.
- All decisions by Essence AI Ltd are final.
6. Prize Fulfillment
- Prizes ship within 14 days of winner verification.
- Prize values are pegged to US retail pricing in USD: MacBook Neo at $599, AirPods Pro 3 at $249, Voibe Lifetime at $198. International winners receive the same product (or equivalent cash) — Voibe absorbs the difference where regional pricing varies.
- MacBook Neo: latest available consumer base configuration at the time of shipping. Color and storage at Voibe's discretion.
- AirPods Pro 3: latest available consumer model.
- Voibe Lifetime: delivered as a license code via email.
- Cash option: winners may elect to receive the USD value in cash instead of the physical prize. Cash payouts are made via PayPal or Wise within 14 days of winner verification, in the same USD amounts listed above.
- Prizes (or their cash equivalent) cannot be transferred to a third party.
- Winners are responsible for any local taxes, customs, or import duties on physical prizes; cash payouts are paid gross and the winner is responsible for any tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
7. Promotional Restrictions
- Partners may not bid on Voibe's branded keywords ("voibe," "getvoibe," etc.) on Google, Bing, or any paid search platform.
- Partners may not impersonate Voibe employees or claim official representation.
- Partners must not make misleading or inaccurate claims about the product.
8. Publicity
- Winners agree to be named (handle + prize) in Voibe's post-contest announcement on June 30, 2026, unless they opt out by emailing hi@getvoibe.com before that date.
- Email addresses, real names, and shipping details remain private at all times.
- Voibe does not run a public leaderboard. Your referral stats are visible only to you in your Lemon Squeezy partner dashboard.
9. General
- Contest void where prohibited by law.
- Voibe reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in case of unforeseen circumstances; partners will be notified by email.
- By participating, partners agree to these rules in full.

Joining the Program
Who can join?
Anyone over 18 with a Lemon Squeezy account. You don't need a huge audience — small but engaged communities convert better than mass blasts.
Is there a fee to join?
No. Becoming a Voibe partner is free. You also keep your normal affiliate commissions on every sale, regardless of whether you win a prize.
Do I need to be a current Voibe customer?
No, but we recommend it. Partners who actually use the product write better promotional content. Active partners can request a complimentary Voibe license — email hi@getvoibe.com.
Qualifying Referrals
What counts as a "paying customer"?
Anyone who purchases a Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime plan through your unique referral link, completes payment, and does not refund within the 30-day window.
What if my referral refunds?
Refunds are deducted from your total. The 30-day refund window on May orders stays open through June 30, so we wait for that period to fully close before reconciling final standings. Standings between June 1 and June 29 are provisional — winners are confirmed and announced on June 30.
Can I refer myself or my family?
No. Self-referrals and obvious circular schemes (e.g., you refer your spouse, your spouse refers you) are disqualified.
Tracking and Stats
How do I track my referrals?
Your Lemon Squeezy partner dashboard shows live referral counts, conversions, and earnings in real time. Your dashboard is private — only you and Voibe can see your stats. There is no public leaderboard.
Will my contact info be shared publicly?
No. Only your public handle and prize will be named in the announcement. Email and shipping address stay private.
Can I run multiple referral links across different audiences?
You can share your link in multiple places, but only one partner account per person. Use UTM parameters if you want to track which channels work best.
Winners and Prizes
When and how are winners announced?
On June 30, 2026, across our X, LinkedIn, and email channels. Winners are also notified directly via email. We deliberately wait until June 30 so the 30-day refund window on the latest May orders closes first — that way standings are final and prizes can't be clawed back by late refunds.
Where do prizes ship?

Can I take the prize as cash instead?
Yes. Winners can elect to receive the USD value in cash rather than the physical product — $599 USD for 1st place (instead of the MacBook Neo), $249 USD for 2nd place (instead of AirPods Pro 3), or $198 USD for 3rd place (instead of the Voibe Lifetime license). Cash payouts go out via PayPal or Wise within 14 days of winner verification.
Why are prize values listed in US dollars?
Voibe's pricing is set in USD, so we peg prize values to US retail pricing for fairness across all countries. International winners get the same physical product (Voibe absorbs any regional pricing difference) or the equivalent cash amount in USD.
What if there's a tie?

Promotion Rules
Can I promote on paid channels?
Yes — paid social, YouTube ads, newsletters, sponsorships, podcasts, blogs. The only paid restriction: no bidding on Voibe-branded keywords on search ads.
What's not allowed?
Fake or incentivized signups, spam (anywhere — protect Voibe's reputation), misleading claims about the product, bidding on Voibe-branded ad keywords, and impersonating Voibe employees.
